The Inkwell offers an ideal space for activities including performing arts, workshops, AGMs, meetings, exercise and relaxation classes and coffee mornings.
We regularly host events for over 100 people including catering, and all enquiries are welcome. Wi-fi is provided free of charge throughout the building.
NOTE –Catering and a range of equipment are available at an extra cost – if you wish to book them then please specify your requirements in the “special requirements” section of the booking form.
All the proceeds from our venue hire and catering services go back into our charity which offers a youth cafe and a wide range of projects and activities for local people.

Suitable for 80-100 seated individuals, or 30-40 in a workshop environment.
The smallest of the rooms is ideal for upto 20 people
The Youth Cafe
This venue is ideal for a wide range of events, ranging from small meetings, to children’s birthday parties and large celebrations for 100 people. Take a look at our pictures or contact us for a look around.
We have a bright, spacious meeting space that is split into 3 areas:
An open area offering an ideal space for AGMS and large meetings, for approx 30 people seated in a theatre layout. Ceiling mounted projector and screen available.
A ‘snug’ area with 4 sofas and a TV.
A ‘working’ or dining area with tables and chairs for 20 people.
We also offer the following fantastic facilities:
An on-site kitchen and home-made catering are available, with food ranging from tea, coffee and scones, to lunches.
A projector and screen, wifi, flip charts, audio visual facilities and pool & table tennis tables.
