Dear Valued Customers,

In these uncertain times caused by COVID 19, I want to assure you that at the Inkwell and wider EYDG organisation, we have reviewed our cleaning processes and catering provision to ensure the continuing safety of both our customers and staff.
Handwashing facilities are being monitored more frequently to ensure constant supplies of soap and paper towels. Additionally, each room will be thoroughly sanitised between bookings.
With regards to our catering options, we will now offer tea and coffee options from our bar area in the Youth Café to reduce the risk of cross-contamination via the pump flasks. We will also temporarily move away from our homemade biscuits to individually packaged ones. Likewise, we will offer an order system for sandwiches and cakes so your participants can receive individually wrapped lunches. Soups will be served by our in house staff.

We hope this will go some way to allaying your concerns regarding the hire of our space. However, we recognise that you may feel that it is still necessary to cancel or postpone your meeting/event, which we fully understand and we look forward to welcoming you back to the Inkwell when the threat of COVID-19 has dissipated.

UPDATE: Our building is closed however, we are keeping up to date with all the guidelines and will be in touch when we are back in office.
