Our paid work experience placements are for young people aged 16-24 with the aim of providing training and experience in the areas of administration, hospitality, catering, media and youth work. The duration of our placements is 16 weeks.
These placements are available all year round so if you are interested and want to learn more about our work experience programme get in touch.
We are always looking for volunteers to be involved with our wide range of programmes, activities and events within our organisation. Volunteering roles vary from working with young people to helping our social enterprise.
If you have time to give then contact us about the opportunities we can offer and see if you can make a positive difference to the lives of young people.
Youth Management Team and Young Volunteers
Our Youth Management Team is drawn from our membership. Their job is to help with decision making (for the benefit of young people) and to feedback their views and opinions to the board. They host regular meetings where they assist the Youth Team in the planning and delivery of activities and fundraising events. They also are available during drop-in sessions to meet new members and offer support or answer queries.
Our young volunteers are actively involved in helping the Youth Management Team and Youth Workers in a range of areas.
